Crowley Palmer Fleet Maintanence Facility

Project Overview

Scope included construction of a truck maintenance facility which includes a mezzanine, covered storage, parts and welding room, office space, and commercial truck wash. The building has a footprint of 14,000 square feet with a second floor mezzanine of 2,400 square feet that houses mechanical / electrical space, a locker room, break room and a small toilet / shower room. There is also a 2,600 square foot covered storage on the West side of the building.
