Project Overview
The Deneki and Chugach Houses are identical, mirrored HUD Apartment complexes that have been designed for compliance with the State of Alaska Building Energy Efficiency Standard (BEES). These standards address thermal resistance, infiltration, moisture protection and ventilation. The Swanson House is a 4,675 SF wood frame contemporary, energy efficient assisted housing facility. It was designed for compliance with the State of Alaska Building Energy Efficiency Standard (BEES).
